Registration and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your attendance, a cancellation fee of at least CHF 50 will be payable to cover administrative costs.

• Cancellation fee up to four weeks before the congress: 20% of the invoice amount;
• Cancellation up to two weeks before the congress: 50% of the invoice amount;
• Cancellation within two weeks of the congress: 80% of the invoice amount;
• Failure to attend the congress: 100% of the invoice amount.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance. We recommend that you take out international insurance cover (e.g. accident insurance, travel insurance, cancellation insurance).

Photographers as well as local and national media will be present at the congress. People will be taking photographs and footage, some of which will be published. The Organisation of the Swiss Abroad accepts no liability for the publication of any such material.

The list of participants, which will be distributed at the congress, will contain the first and last name as well as place and country of residence of every person participating.

Berne is the place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes. Swiss law is the applicable law.
