What is it like for you being connected to more than one country?
I love being from two countries as I feel so connected to both of them. I enjoy discovering new things about different countries. I feel very fortunate to have family from different countries.
What do you miss the most about or from Switzerland?
I miss my family in Switzerland the most, my grandmother and grandfather, my aunt, my uncle and cousins. And I miss Swiss chocolate too, of course: it just isn’t the same anywhere else.
What language do you dream in?
Greek, but there are some words that I only think of in Swiss German, because my mother always used to say them, “Zähneputzen” for example.
What role would you like Switzerland to play in the world?
I wish for Switzerland to remain known as a neutral bearer of peace in the world and to retain its values, such as independence and respect, so as to serve as an example to other countries.
