Le puzzle de la Cinquième Suisse: 1/800 000

The “Fifth Switzerland” is a colourful, varied and multilingual puzzle with well over 800,000 pieces. Today’s puzzle piece is …
… Nat Cartier, 25, London, United Kingdom, International Artist. In the UK since 2019.
My dream is to become an international David Attenborough of music, travelling and exploring the world with loved ones. I want to create and share content celebrating all cultures and languages across the globe – through music, creation and good vibes!

The place where I am always safe, welcome and respected no matter what, and where my ideas and inclusion into local culture are encouraged.
My personal favourite is an “I love Zug” mug, but also a “Stadt Zug” baseball cap which my dad likes wearing, and a collection of Swiss “Nat Cartier” postcards I send to family, friends and fans!

Switzerland from abroad feels like a safe place that will have me back when the time is right. Even now, I want to go back as much as possible, especially when it aligns with my career!
Beautiful and emotional. My parents moved out of Zug to retire in the Southwest of France. I had a big cry with my mum as Zug will always have our hearts - it’s also where I deeply feel my mother’s love.

Yes, it is the wonderful and fun international Swiss people I met in the UK that keep my Swiss emotions active, heard, and cared for.
Incredibly important, yes!
Recycling – I often get internal moments of “oh, you really don’t recycle?” abroad. Not many nations recycle like the Swiss – this responsibility is arguably second nature in Switzerland!
