Youth Camps 2027: Participants will also be selected by lottery this year
Due to time zone differences, professional constraints, sometimes unstable internet connections, the registration system should be designed to be as fair as possible for all participants. Therefore, camp places will also be allocated by lottery in 2027.
The lottery system introduced last year has proven successful and will therefore also be used for the 2027 camp season. Only one registration per person is allowed for any one camp.
- Registration period: 24 hours from 10 am on 12 January 2027, to 10 am on 13 January 2027 (Swiss time).
- It is possible to register for multiple camps at the same time.
- On receipt of your form, an email will be sent confirming your inclusion in the draw for each camp.
- At the end of the registration period, a draw will be conducted for each camp.
After the draw, you will be notified as follows:
- If your child is selected for a camp, a confirmation of participation will be sent by email following the draw.
- If your child is selected for multiple camps, you will receive an email and be able to choose which camp they will attend. This choice must be communicated to the Youth Services within 24 hours, after which the participation confirmation will be sent.
- If your child’s name is not drawn in the lottery, he/she will automatically be placed on the waiting list for the desired camp(s).
You will be informed of the lottery results as soon as possible after 13 January 2027, namely:
- Whether your child has secured a spot,
- If so, which camp,
- Or if he/she is on the waiting list.
Registration after the draw
If spots remain available in a camp after the draw, it will be possible to register from 2 pm on 13 January 2027 until 14 March 2027. Spots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Submitting the form finalises the registration. Our general terms and conditions apply. Please review our policy regarding cancellation fees.
