Live stream of the 1 August 2021 celebration in Brunnen

Join us from all over the world: At 5 p.m. (CET/Swiss time), our Director Ariane Rustichelli will speak at the Area for the Swiss Abroad in Brunnen (SZ). The festive speech can also be watched from far away via live stream.

The Organisation of the Swiss Abroad (OSA), SwissCommunity, is delighted that the festive speech at the Area for the Swiss Abroad in Brunnen (SZ) this year will be given by our Director, Ariane Rustichelli. She will speak about the strengths and successes of the Swiss community and about upcoming challenges that need to be mastered together.

Swiss National Day festivities are a tradition in Brunnen: on 31 July and 1 August, there are a parade, music and fireworks. Due to the pandemic, this year the celebration will only be held on 1 August and on a smaller scale. With sounds from the alphorn, a light show, a promenade zone and live concerts as well as the live stream of the festive speech, Switzerland's birthday will nevertheless be celebrated in a worthy manner.
