When registering for the final evening, every congress participant has the possibility to sponsor two teenagers to participate in the upcoming winter camps of the SwissCommunity  in the cantons of Valais and Vaud by making a voluntary additional payment of CHF 10 or 20.

 Lake & mountains trip to Monte with lunch

Meeting point: Pier Lugano Centrale

9:45 am – 4:30 pm

Short boat trip from Lugano to Capolago and onwards by the cog railway that has connected Capolago at Lake Lugano and the summit of Monte Generoso for 130 years. Over a distance of 9 kilometres, the railway passes the enchanting mountain landscape of a nature reserve. From the top, you will see the incomparable Mario Botta Fiore di pietra building and have a breath-taking 360-degree view. Unspoilt nature, unique architecture and fine cuisine awaits you. Enjoy your stay on the sun terrace or start your short trip to the summit. Return to Lugano by railway.
