Complete the following form to register for the 98th Congress of the Swiss Abroad, which takes place from 19 to 21 August 2022 in Lugano.

Benefit from a 10% discount when you register for the entire event on Saturday and Sunday (including final evening), i.e. pay CHF 342 instead of CHF 380. This discount does not appear on the registration form but will be automatically applied later.

Please note that there is a limited number of places available for the final evening on Saturday, the trip on Sunday, and the Swiss Travel Pass special offer for congress participants.

Every person who wishes to register must complete a separate form.

Donation for young people: Your donation will go to two young people who need financial assistance to attend the next OSA Youth Service winter camp in Grächen (canton of Valais).

Terms of registration
If you cancel your attendance, a cancellation fee of at least CHF 50 will be payable to cover administrative costs. Cancellation fee up to four weeks before the congress: 20% of the invoice amount; up to two weeks before the congress: 50% of the invoice amount; within two weeks of the congress: 80% of the invoice amount; failure to attend the congress: 100% of the invoice amount.
Note regarding Covid-19: Currently, no pandemic-related measures apply when entering Switzerland. However, your airline may still require documentation or a certificate. Please check with your airline. The above is subject to change depending on the pandemic.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance. We recommend that you take out international insurance cover (e.g. accident insurance, travel insurance, cancellation insurance).
Photographers as well as local and national media will be present at the congress. People will be taking photographs and footage, some of which will be published. The Organisation of the Swiss Abroad accepts no liability for the publication of any such material.
The list of participants, which will be distributed at the congress, will contain the first and last name as well as place and country of residence of every person participating.
Berne is the place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes. Swiss law is the applicable law.
